For those of us that grew out of the Jane Fonda, our leg machines, right next to our cardio section, strengthen your striders. |
In between our back extension and incline curl benches we have a water fountain to keep you hydrated. There are mirrors on most of the walls so our members can watch their own form.

Downstairs we have a plethera of machines for power and endurance training. A pull down, pectoral fly, dip/leg raise mount, a bench, a guided bench for self spotting, several positional benches dumbells from 1 to 140 lbs, a squat rack, plenty of bars for plates, and a few cardio machines for circuit trainers. |
